The contact form stores nothing on the site. It opens your own mail, and the message leaves as a letter to the house. It is used to reply: a cuvée, a visit, a question.

The house does not sell these messages, and does not pass them to advertising networks.

A single cookie is placed in your browser. Its name is orion-lang. It remembers French or English for one year, so the site opens in the language you chose.

It does not measure an audience and it does not follow anyone. You may refuse or delete it in your browser: the site then follows the language of the visit.

A letter is kept for as long as it takes to answer, then according to the ordinary life of the house’s records. The language cookie disappears after twelve months, or sooner if you delete it.

Messages are read by the house. They travel through your mail, as any letter does. No audience-measurement tool is placed on the site.

You may request access to the data that concerns you, its correction, its erasure, a restriction of its processing, object to that processing, and request its portability, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
